I only have one question and maybe i could get an answer idk. Why do people screw you out of money and then fuck your plans over because they decided to take your money?

I never thought you could move on to one day go back. I didn't think that until I did. This guy I loved......love, had contacted me and he said I did something to him. I didn't know what to say other then ask what I had done. He told me to look at something on this sight and my computer wouldn't let me. I just know that I have no clue what to do.
